SocietyConnect offers premium subscription plans that unlock specific features, such as messaging. Payments are charged in advance on a recurring schedule based on the selected billing cycle (e.g., one-time, weekly, monthly).
Generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We operate on a strict no-refund policy because our premium service grants immediate access to digital content and features that cannot be "returned."
Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances, solely at our discretion:
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription: Go to your Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. You must cancel prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Note: Deleting the app from your device does not cancel your subscription.
If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund for any unused portion of your subscription or account balance.
If you believe you qualify for an exceptional refund based on the criteria mentioned in Section 2, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
Please provide your username, the email associated with the account, transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue.
